useless providers

we have been struggling to do an upgrade on a deal. however when we finally get to do the deal the wrong device is delivered not the one agreed to as per the agreement done via telephone. vodacom brags with being the best and there prices are sky high yet they hire stupid dom ******** consultants who cannot deal with the requirements and others just wants to sell you stuff to get points. i know they will reply after 2 weeks to this comment but i demand a rectification
