Useless phone provider VODACOM!!!!

I am so annoyed with Vodacom. so hard to reach them telephonically/online. I had a problem with my payments as i broke my phone and switched banks at the time so i was making eft payment. when i tried paying it refused to use my reference number that was given. had tried for two months to get hold of them and nothing! no feedback , no calls. i bought this contract for my gran who lives on a farm with hardly any signal and they harass her for non payment....they should be phoning the account holder! even though she has given them my number they continue to phone her and not me. now they haved handed me over to debt collection. what a useless phone provider!!!!
