USELESS PEOPLE AT VODACOM KALAHARI MALL UPINGTON

My mother went to Vodacom Kalahari Mall to upgrade her cellphone as she is due for a upgrade but the sales rep who helped her where firstly very very rude.He then told her the P20 lite she wanted was END OF LIFE how in the World can a phone which is not even a Year old be END OF LIFE ? For real. He then told her to upgrade to an Hauwei P20 smart phone nothing against the Phone, but it is not the best of phones available after this ordeal I went to the 4u vodashop in town and spoke to Estiaan who helped me with a smile on his face he informed me that there where already a quote done which needed to be cancelled before he can do a quote for me, after speaking to a very rude sales person again which has no phone manners ( I think he thinks I am one of his friends in the club or something ) I am well on my way to getting the Correct phone for my mother Thanks to Estiaan at the 4u vodashop in town. And no thanks to the useless sales people at the mall

my recommendations

*Can you please learn your employees how to speak to clients over the telephone *can you please give them enough training on how to speak and handle clients as they have no clue how a client should be handled *can you please teach them to do their jobs right and to be sure of what they say before they just give an answer to a client. *With good manners and positive attitude would not make you lose a client.
