Useless or USELESS!!!

How do you rate an organisation that is beyond *******. Twenty years ago we had 2g phones and I could make calls from our farm, now we have 5g, and towers across the land that supposedly support smart phones that cost as much as a second hand car but I cannot even make a phone call ......even if I use wifi for calls, we have watched call and data costs escalate every year while their service deteriorates from month to month. It is clear that they are mirroring whats happening in the Country increased costs and failed service delivery, the people managing Vodacom should now go into politics they are ideally suited to wreck the country ......congratulations to you all.
