Useless Online sales!

Vodacom on lines sales is unreliable. I placed an online order on the weekend, was then verified on the Monday, and told to expect my new data line in 3-5days. I then cancelled my existing data line , to co-incide with my receipt of my new line! When I followed up , they said there was a verification issue, and to took another week for them to resolve. In the mean time I had to go and buy pre-paid data to carry me through, due to the error made by the online sales team!!
