Useless on new contract

I app**** for a new contract on the 9th of July, everything was approved. I received confirmation emails etc. Yesterday 21 July I called to find out where my order is, I was informed that the phone was out of stock. The agent - LM_MASEKOL then advised me that they have a different color in stock, i then agreed to that. She then cancelled the original order for some reason and tried to open a new order for a higher amount, i told her i was not happy about that. She said it was then declined for some reason and that she will check what is happening. She then said she will call me back before COB. To date i am still waiting! i called the call center and they told me she did cancel the approved order and tried to put 2 new orders through! Now i am sitting here with no approved contract and you influanced my credit record by adding checks!!!! What is are you people doing over there??? Pathetic service as expected from a SA company!
