Useless network service provider, first time experience and highly disappointed.
Useless service from this service provider as always, no compation or patience for they customers. Ordered a router and an xbox sereis as part of a Black Friday special, order was approved and placed but been over two weeks since it has not been delivered, called vodacom and they tell me my order was cancelled. but was not informed of any cancellation, still waiting for an explanation from they useless staff, who after such an experience did not care to explain why my order was cancelled after receiving confirmation and everything.

14 Dec 2021, 12:23Why was I not informed of the cancellation on the day of the order if it was due to stock not being available, I could've ordered from other reliable service providers who also had good Black Friday deals, now I am sitting here without a router and instead of offering me another contract you are busy giving me excuses as to the possible reasons why my order was cancelled, Why go through the trouble of sending me a confirmation email knowing very well that I am not going to receive what I have ordered, I have to be the one going through the trouble of calling and finding out what is happening with my order, very pathetic service you guys are offering.
