Useless network provider with *********** consultants

Vodacom repairs Eastgate is refusing to repair nor replacing the router I took on contract from Vodacom shop in Benoni in 2016, reason being they need a proof of purchase,since when does Vodacom require proof of purchase for devices which are on contract,so all along I have been paying insurance for nothing, Vodacom for this unfair treatment I don't need your insurance cover,I can't wait for my contracts to expire so that I can cancel all the contracts I have with you because your service sucks and no benefit at all.
