Useless MoFo's

I paid my contract with vodacom upfront in order to cancel it quicker because I had another contract with mtn, I was advised by the store consultants to call the cancellations department to get a pre-quote which indicates the balance, instead the the agents only tell me my balance on the contract and then tell me to go to the shop, like TF? What are you then there for? Now today I cannot get financial aid from the bank because vodacom put the contract in pre-legal but they were sending me statements for the past few months which showed the R0.00
