Useless manager

<p>In March 2016 I took out a contract with vodacom and the deal came with a free D-link speaker. We were told that there was no stock of the speaker and the consultant will call us when the stock arrives. We've been going to the store every month and we were told there was no stock. It's already a year that has passed and when I spoke to the assistant manager Teboho he promised to call me back which he didn't. This was last week. We went into the store on Saturday and he promised to call me back yesterday and obviously he didn't. I'm sick and tired of the useless people working at vodacom and I need a response with regards to what happened to my speaker and what will be the way forward</p>
