Useless manager

In last year I upgraded my phone to a Huawei P6. 2 months after having the phone it just shut down for no reason and would not switch on. I returned it to and they booked it in for repairs which took 2 weeks. Upon receiving my phone back I was told that it was a refurbished phone. A few months later I again had problems with the phone and the repair process was repeated. About 4 months ago my phone just could not pick up any signal and it was again booked in for repairs. Keeping in mind that this phone was not even a year old yet. Two weeks later I received the phone back and again for the 3rd time was told that it was a refurb. <br> I had the phone for one week and returned AGAIN. This time the phone was jumping from one app to the next. It was also over heating with the back bulging. When I returned it I asked for the manager (Phillip). I explained my problem and the history of the phone and its repairs. He then asked to take my phone and give it to the Huawei rep to have a look at it. For 3 weeks I contineously called and went to the shop to request updates on what was happen another 5 weeks have passed and I dont have my phone. And no feedback!!!! Phillip has a dont care attitude!!
