Useless Live Chat Facility

nothing as useless as their Live Chat functionality. that rubvish never works. you get all pre-loaded answers and most are not even relevant to the question. this is after they ask you a copious amount of information about, damn I am already in the app, this verification is just a nuisance and over the board. did I mention that I started in September to access to resolve an issue, yes I did. even this morning I tried again. no help. can never get hold of a Live Agent. after a long while, it just cuts off. this system needs a serious upgrade. it should work efficiently especially now that most of their agents are working from hone. making a voice call to the call centre is so 1995!
