USELESS IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT
Online vodacom upgrade is a absolute nightmare. Never will i advise anyone to try it. I upgraded online on the 13September have been charged for the upgraded package but until today have still not received my hand set. This is unacceptable service I am going to port my numbers all to MTN vodacom is a joke.
