Useless *********** Service from Vodacom

This is too much Vodacom is *********** . I have been with vodacom since 2003. Last year it happened this year it happens every month. I can't get an original invoice from them on mail. They expect to be paid but it is starting to cost me money on phone calls mails to try to get an original invoice, not a COPY INVOICE . The beginning of the year I tried every month, from one operator to floor manager useless. then I received one this month again. And if you ask for management you only get to floor manager with no help. Are they so big making such a lot of money they do not care about their clients they just want more...and more... I will start putting all my Evert to social media to warn people about bad service....BAD SERVICE!!!!!! This whole year no mail for my original invoices "we will help then I get copy of tax invoice I wonder if SARS knows about this???
