Useless, helpless and pathetic

<p>You people made a ***** up with my account, and now nobody is willing to work with me to get it sorted. Your call center agents are helpless, clueless, and unwilling. Your accounts department are even worse: nobody can give me a straight answer on what happened, much less try to help find a solution to this problem. You don't know the meaning of customer service. You have gone from bad to worse. I cant believe you are rated "the best" in south africa. You shouldnt even be rated as useless. You should be rated as non existant. </p>
