Useless help line
Vodacom sent me a USB DATA ****le to use in the Brits/Hartbee****rt area, because their service here is almost non-existing. When I finally received it (after long and exhausting talks with them) the sim card was never activated. Their help-line staff can never help, is completely untrained and knows next to nothing.
