Pathetic - Pay for insurance on a phone and the claim gets declined because I removed the sim card, I obviously had to remove the sim and put it in another phone to keep working from my number, I phoned your useless call center and informed them the phone is broken, I drove to the nearest Vodacom store to get the phone fixed, I was told to go the Benoni Town to get it fixed, do you know how dangerous that mall is are you pathetic thinking i will drive there by myself and risk my own safety, as soon as i got someone to go with me i went to the mall to get it fixed, now you want to decline my claim because i removed the sim, what in the actual is wrong with you, do you want me to get killed to take a phone in, you guys are pathetic, I must drive to Benoni Town with a broken phone, I cant remove my sim so if i do get hijacked i must just pray for help, start looking after your customers. You also have 20 staff members in sales and 1 person in repairs just shows you only want money.
