Useless effen customer service

The most useless customer care service, robbing their customers of money and then unable to reverse a transaction that apparently isnt their fault but i was unable to do those transactions whilst on a call, spoke to Sindiswa whom was of no help only could say sorry i spoke to my manager and we cant help you! Expensive useless company so dissatisfied that i cut the call!
