Useless

Vodacom is one of the most useful network,every time I call their customer care number 082 135 they put an admin block on my number .Last time it happened I stated two days without network that I pay them for .Today I called trying to put caller Id on my daughters number and they blocked me again .I am busy with exams and I need to authenticate myself and guess what I can’t because my number is blocked .I have never be so sad and frustrated In my life And what frustrates me worse is that when I took the additional contract I told the last at Vaal mall Vodacom who was assisting me to load it .It seems as if nobody knows what they are doing at Vodacom .
