Useless dysfunctional organisation
I am trying to unblock my SIM card (entered incorrect PIN number) - what a nightmare!!!!! I have the PUK number, but it gets rejected via my phone. I tried to register on the My Vodacom App, but it won't accept updated email address. Furthermore it informs me that a one time PIN (OTP) is sent to my phone, but when I request an OTP resend it informs me to look in my inbox (???). Apart from the huge inconvenience, this inefficiency is frankly scary - hoping Cell C / MTN are better options.
