Useless Device - Urgent

I've been your client for over 2 decades . Nothing you have given me as been free, special or awarded for loyalty. My recent device Huawei p40 lite was acquired through a Saves agent playing hero without explaining the complete block of Google play services. I cloned my previous phone and have recently discovered that I cannot upgrade any of the apps supported by Google play. My frustration builds up even more now then ever that I am in quarantine and cannot order groceries online because of you failing to inform me of this important fact. I consider this reckless on your part. I have called 135 and as expected you are too busy making money whilst people sleep that you have no time to call back when they are awake. Fix this as I will not go through 24 months having a useless device.Take it back. Why would you support a device that does not support our local economy like Checkers 60.
