Useless ***** Department from Vodacom!!!

What a useless ***** department by Vodacom. Firstly you issue out contracts to people without thorough checks and when we follow up you promise to "investigate" yet you continue to debt my account. I've reported this case on the 30th of August 2023 and supp**** all the requested documents to the ***** department but to date nothing is done. Continuation of this impact me negatively since I have to revise all the monies you debt me and it affects my ITC score. Please get your house in order useless ***** department.
