Useless customer services!!!
We cancelled a contract with Vodacom. We emailled the documentation with POP to Vodacom in May. They still havent cancelled the contract, and is instead using the cancellation fee as credit. No one is getting back to.us with valuable feedback. This is the second time this has happened. Vodacom is absolutely USELESS!!!
