Useless customer service

Pathetic service

Simangele is a completely unprofessional consultant. She cannot assist customers in any which way or form, doesn’t listen to issues and does not know her own product. Completely useless, took an hour to call my son and never returned my call. I had to call back and still she isn’t able to assist. When I requested to speak to someone that is capable of assisting me she asked me not to peak Lou’s as I’m hurting her ears. My response was that was hurting my brain, then she dropped the call
