Useless customer service

Can can i please get proper feedback from vodacom hi i have log a request to get to of my contracts cancelled and i have sent emails and i have called vodacom multiple times still with no feedback i think it is unacceptable that I have to call and call and follow up and not get proper feedback. How long can it possibly take to cancel a contract considering the facts that i paid the full amount in store the full quote about i need a proper feedback please get someone to contact me and please cancel the contract then spend 3 days already and i do not want to stroll over to the next month. When a customer pays you expect service, not stupid delays and people telling me I can only talk to this department via email then I get a response that they will give me feedback by the 24.05.2021. this is why I have cancelled my contract, because vodacom really is useless as customer service.
