Useless customer service

I ordered a ps5 form the Vodacom online store on Tuesday. Ram failed to deliver the product and this was the beginning of the issues...

Vodacom customer care can not see that the order has been placed but I can track it on the website. I have no idea why that is the case but because of this I can't update my details in order to get what I paid for. The person who emailed me (Oby Mabhena) does not respond so I have no idea what to do.

After hours on the phone this is my last resort.

Please assist!
