Useless Customer Service

We have been vodacom clients for long. We opened a data account for internet usage at home. Last year we upgraded our device to a Wifi Router for the house. The service inside the shop was briliant, however it only lasted to the next month... All of a sudden we got a double amount deducted off. On query, the agent, same guy that did the upgrade, said, he forgot to tell us about the device charge... I did not feel in fighting, so I paid it and moved on. We asked at this stagethat the Debit order be moved to the 1st of the month, as my salary reflected only on the last day of every month. The next month, it was still not changed and I got fined by Vodacom, as well as my bank! Went to the shop again, asked that the account needed to be changed to cash. Paid again double what we signed for and went on. This has now escalated beyond control. I am R600 in arears with the bank as the debit order still persisted and everytime I go into the shop I still pay diuble what I signed for! Not to mention that the shop's Management, said everytime that they did their job and nobody from their side is at fault, I still get penalised! The beginning of May, I went into the shop to pay again, again the amount was incorrect, and after paying it, I still have my service suspended!! Resulting in phoning Vodacom, I had to tell my story to 10 different agents and everytime getting transferred to another person, just to explain the whole situation again, then finally getting told to go to my nearest shop to sort it out sent me over the edge of reason! WHAT THE F### is going on Vodacom??? You are a bunch of thieving useless vulchures with no sense of customer service???!!! Why do I as the consumer have to pay the price for your incompitence??? Nobody ever phones back?? Nobody Listens?? This is not customer service??!! The worst of it all is, I still have to pay all the fees, evethough I am not at fault?!
