Useless Customer Contact
Vodacom what is going on with your customer service? None of the numbers are working, I was on hold for ages and then every time I get to an agent the call cuts. Your robot doesn't help and you have no other means of contact, no email or anything for when your call center is down.
PLEASE can someone contact me?
