Useless customer care assistants

Good day. I have tried multiple times to contact vodacom customer care and which thay can not assist me. I need to speak to billing and accounts dept regarding subscriptions that was charged to my account that is not mine!!!! Customer care can not assist me at all!!!!! There was a Lady with the name Jade that was suppose to contact me back and I never heard of her at all !!!!!
