Useless customer care

<p>This is the second week of having the joy of calling vodacom NO care centre just to assist with my Upgrade, no one seems to know how the procedures work nor do they really care about calling back after promising to do so. </p> <p> </p> <p>Please do not consider vodacom as your service provider and if you can afford it please cancel your contract and move your business elsewhere, 'we don't need your money anyway' </p>
