USELESS CUSTER SERVICE

i asked for a 24 moth contract and found out after they rang me with a special for me that it is actually a 36 month contract, i have tried on NUMEROUS occassions to phone and have asked for the telephone recording and everytime i get the same "Sorry for that mam, i can assure you i will resolve your issue!!!"... so far after i would guess 20 phone calls... probably more no body has come back to me... i amonly giving 1 star because that is the loswet i can give
