Useless contract, ending but consultants upgraded...want to end it as per contract signed.

Useless vodacom, I have been calling them from November to cancel a contract thats end in march. Every time I call them idiot consultants that they have will upgrade the contract. I want the contract to end march as per our initial agreement with the papers that I have and signed not these stupid phone calls that have no back up.
