Useless consultants who don't know what they're doing!

On 31st October 2016 I tried to purchase data twice from my device via *111# and both times received an error stating "exceptional error". I thereafter called customer care and a consultant helped me by purchasing the data from his end. Within a few hours I received 3 smses from Vodacom with 3 lots of data loaded on my account. I only wanted 2gb of which were declined on my 2 attempts. I called into the call centre immediately and requested them to remove the additional 4gb data and credit me for that. On 2nd November 2016 I received a sms from Wilson from Vodacom who confirmed that my credit of 2 x 2gb of data will be passed after the next bill run. I have followed up continuously since that next bill run which was on 1st December 2016 and no resolution.

Does anyone at Vodacom know what they're doing? Do they understand the meaning of "I will call you back" when they mention this to the customer??? I called on 1st December and spoke to a Solutions Department team leader from Jhb named Lucky! What a useless guy! He spoke to me as if I was a child who didn't understand anything and promised to "call" me back the same day once he had done his "investigation" on my account which is now 3 days later and he hasn't called me! I later that day called the call centre again and this time spoke to a team leader named Phologo Machailoe from Cape Town and he mentioned that he knew the team leader who is responsible for the agent who sent me the credit sms. He also advised me that he will call me back with an answer in 2 days time and he hasn't called even though I sent 2 email reminders today, 3rd December! I called in again 3rd December and spoke to another team leader named Jason from Cape Town and he mentioned he would call me back in an hour with an answer. It's now 2hrs later and he hasn't called!

I am no longer going to make any calls to Vodacom! In fact with this pathetic 'service' received as usual by Vodacom, I have decided to put a block on the next debit order so that this bill will not be paid! If no one takes the time to pass a credit of R498 which is rightfully mine (please remember I was charged for this additional data and paid for it in last months bill), then why should I pay a bill where I am not respected as a customer! You cannot advise me the credit will be passed and then not credit me.

To hell with Vodacom! I will be cancelling my contract along with this as well and am happy to pay in the cancellation fees as I have had enough of this bull!!!
