Useless company that cannot resolve any issue while they claim to have the ***** dispute department.

I'm fed up with Vodacom taking money out of my account for reasons I don't understand. I've been complaining, but it doesn't seem like anyone wants to help me with my issue.

I did not purchase a new phone; instead, someone used my information to purchase a phone *****ulently. Now that I'm the one suffering and having to pay the fees associated with reversing the money, you've chosen to access my account using a different reference number.

I'm over this company; please refund the R594.18 that was taken out last night and terminate this *****ulent agreement.

***** dispute is not helping me in any way.
