Useless company and their upgrades department

I did an online upgrade to the new Sony Experia Z3 \online special"with next-day-delivery. To date i still haven't received the phone. When i called your useless upgrades department i was told there was some ********** activity picked up during my upgrade and i have to wait until your *** RAM couriers deliver it only next week. I absolutely hate you for being the ******** company that you are. Never deliver on what you advertise and only do things when it suites you. Hated you when i worked for you"
