Useless can tact centre

Adult surfing/websites are blocked again on my mobile. This blocks legitimate websites as well. I was told by the call centre to visit the Vodacom outlet to lift the restrictions and produce my ID. A few days later I went out of my way and did as advised. 2 weeks later or so, the restriction came back. I called the call centre and they advised that they can't help me and that I should revisit the Vodacom outlet to lift the restoration. I refuse to do this as I had done it before. It is out of my way to go visit the outlet that is closed by the time I'm off duty. One other thing is why should I get out of my way to rectify an issue that is not caused by me??? Vodacom has my ID copy, proof of residence, etc. But I still need to go in and show my ID at the Voda shop. For me this is poor customer service and very backwards in terms of processes!
