USELESS CALL CENTRE - SERVICE STILL NOT CANCELLED

I have had a recurring data bundle activated on my account during December 2017. On the 18th/19th of January, I contacted Vodacom to cancel the recurring data bundle after which I could not de-activate the bundle online or via the Vodacom app. The lady at the call centre confirmed that she de-activated the bundle and I will therefor not be billed for the bundle at the beginning of Feb 2018 - Note that I have received an SMS confirming that a My Meg Zero was activated on my account.

On the morning of the 20th of January 2018 I was woken up by an SMS alert confirming that a 500meg data bundle was successfully activated on my account. I immediately contacted Vodacom's customer service and spoke to a gent, whom also confirmed that this bundle was de-activated. (I believe my phone or sim was hacked, as I struggled to make or receive calls and or receive messages the 19th and 20th of January 2018).

When I logged into Vodacom's website with my credentials, I noted that the 500meg data bundle has still not been de-activated and my account due for the next month indicates and amount of R354 due. ***??? I phoned Vodacom's customer service again where the lady whom assisted me told me that the bundle is still active and that she will cancel this data bundle for me - again received a My Meg Zero sms.

*** is wrong with Vodacom??? In 2017 I had an issue with the service and my account, AND AGAIN now in 2018. Do you wish to loose customers as I am on my way out... The rest of my account will be for Vodacom's account as I am fed up with this terrible service - OR could it be that the staff is either *********** or scaly?? Never the less I will most certainly not recommend anyone to use this service provider.

Kindly note that I will also JUST PAY THE R215 due monthly as per my contract - NO other extra cost.

Vodacom's Management are more than welcome to contact me on my mobile phone to resolve this issue. You have 24 hours!!
