Useless call centre agent.

<p>Please can someone who is intelligent enough give me a call?! I am trying to cancel my data contract. So I call from my cell(which the contract is not in my name) and tell them I want to cancel my contract. Which is totally different and is actually in my name. Then I get asked all these security questions pertaining to the contract that isn't in my name. Why? I then tell your employee that what I want has nothing to do with the number I'm calling from. He says it has something to do with it. </p> <p>The lady I spoke to before that rude guy had no problems with the answers I was giving her. And to top it all off he could barely speak! </p> <p>Oh and by the way I am still waiting for someone to get back to me regarding my last post. </p>
