Useless call centre

Good day, I just had a horrible experience with Vodacom call centre agent from Rewards department. After our conversation, I asked him for a reference number and he said there’s no reference. I asked for his name and surname and he said his name is Raymond. I asked for surname and he said there’s no surname. He said he’s not going to give me and when I insisted on his surname, he hung up the call. My issue was not resolved and I don’t have a reference for my call. Horrible service from the agent.
