Useless Call Centre
<p>Called Vodacom a few times to get my profile sorted but after three attempts and a request that i shouls send a screen shot of my problem i can only think that Vadacom should change their name to USELESS...</p>

28 Nov 2016, 13:42Vodacom phoned me and tried to help but whoop whoop.....it didn't work and the Call Centre assistant dissapeared. I received emails from him and when i rep**** i received emails asking me all sorts of questions...and never heard from them again....
So my comment of Vodacom changing their name still stands.

28 Nov 2016, 14:09Just getting better, tried to log onto my account, only to find it was locked. Tried to unlock but it failed. After attemt 3 I managed to change the password.
When i got in my profile all my account details was gone. I phoned "USELESS" and was told they will fix it within 24-48 hours.... shows again that their so called service is "NONE EXISTING"
