Useless Call Center Agents
I have contract with vodacom for over 20yrs I have never been in a situation that I have to go to the shop renew or cancel my contract. Now that I need this contract canceled I am informed that I need to go to the shop. I need this to be canceled as soon as possible I was injured a few months back, I can't even walk. Vodacom please I'm sick and tired about this.
