Useless
There are a few Vodacom consultants who are helpful/efficient but overall their service is **********. They develop a serious attitude when you query an issue and come time to upgrade they are extremely unhelpful. Literally EVERY process is a major setback and they don’t provide relevant updates or they send you from pillar to post! They also use SkyNet couriers which is by far the worst courier company on earth. I just cancelled everything because imagine chasing after them as a customer!!! Disappointed in Vodacom and will be changing to a different network!

You expect customers to chase after you when its OUR money that keeps you going. Your service is despicable and *********!!! After using Vodacom for 20 years i am now moving to a different network!
