Useless at simple tasks

I requested a copy of my contract over 2 weeks ago, to initially be promised that I will receive it within 7 days... <br> on the 10th day I call to enquire on the progress to be told its takes 14 days to request it from document warehouse. <br> Today I receive a contract , that does not belong to me.... are your employees so *********** that they cannot see that ? the fact that the cellular number is 083 and not 082 should have been a dead giveaway...this is one of the main reasons i will change service providers at my next upgrade .....<br>
