Apart from government call centers and customer service departments, vodacom has the most dreadful customer service (number 135) options to its clients. if only that was as good as the call center department prepared to sell you a new contract 5 times a day, it would be so delightful to engage with the CUSTOMER CARE. no options to chat to someone, the AI Toby is useless, and the options given is completely irrelevant. go back to the basics.
