Useless App...
For over a week, I've been trying unsuccessfully to redeem my talking points on the Vodacom app in exchange for data, but I keep getting the same message: "Oops... Unfortunately we are having technical issues on this functionality and are working to resolve these as soon as possible. Please try again later."
I've been buying data as usual and my talking points have been increasing but I'm not able to use them. What's the point of having a service your customer(s) aren't able to make use of when they need it! Over a week of "technical issues" is unacceptable!
