useless annoying *********** unprofessional service.

You are useless ,useless ,useless ,useless , Selfish , inconsiderate, Unprofessional and annoying. I dont think words can explain how I feel right now. You dont care about the paying customers. For a customer to call and yet be told nonsense. Your call center is so unprofessional, from your untrained agents to your *********** team leaders who seem not to even know your products. Vodacom will ask clients to rate calls and when you guys are rated a 0 do you bot even care? You dont follow up on customers to find out why they so unhappy . Do you even listen to your agents calls who does your QA ?. As for your agents Are they even working under supervision? We as customers are **** to on each and every single call. you always give empty promises. You only care about customers when they start to cancel their contracts then ask them not to cancel and promise load nonsense packages. its not about how cheap or affordable your deals are or how much I am saving but its about the service and treatment we receive as customers. unresolved matter from December to date, yet I am the one calling you never call back. i am so sure that half of your agents dont deserve to be there because they dont even know why they there. There is no care, no TCF, no integrity, no honesty , no Empathy.
