Useless and Untrsutworth Vodacom

When I upgrade my contract - the advertised promotion said - Samsung s20 Ultra + Samsung Tablet A10.1 + R1000 accessory spend. When I received the deliver there was no R1000 accessory spend included as was promised in the promotion as advertised for November and as confirmed telephonically by Londeka. I then had to fight for a week with the terrible Vodacom call center just to get hold of Londeka and to get what was promised and advertised. Eventually Londeka phone me back and said they will be sending me a Samsung Fit Tracker. a week later and no contract with Londeka and with no delivery. I have called the contact line multiple time, have sent emails multiple times and I have not be contacted - all I receive are promises that Londeka will call me back and still no contact from her and no delivery. Her superior Tobani has also not contacted me.

Why should I be fighting for what was promised - Why should it be so difficult for Vodacom to keep there promises and give what was advertised.

No one should stay with Vodacom, they are useless and ************* - they lie on there promotions and do not deliver on what was promised.
