Useless and ruthless business activity by VODACOM

Vodacom is useless and ruthless. In 2018 I canceled my contract, they later came back saying I owe them R157 in 2019, I paid it in May 2019. In July 2019 I found that they listed me on credit bereau for that very amount. I called them in September 2019, they told me it was a mistake and that they are going to rectify it within 22 day, only to find out today on the 26 of March 2021 that I am still listed as owing them. I called them, the guy in their accounts department told me that you don't owe anything, but I can't assist you. How useless!!!
