Useless and pointless online upgrade!
Shocking service!! Ordered an upgrade online, which advertises that the phone will be delivered NEXT day!!! This is almost a week later and two visits in store and NO BODY can cancel this order or give us an upgrade, excuse after excuse! Ridiculous
DO NOT UPGRADE WITH VODACOM, WE ARE GOING TO MOVE ALL OF OUR VODACOM CONTRACTS.
