USELESS AND PATHETIC AGAIN

I was meant to get an upgrade yesterday by Ram Couriers, but had still not received it by this monring 18/1/2017. So I contacted RAM and was informed that their vehicle had been highjacked. No problem there, not their fault. Then contacted Vodacom, who knew nothing about this and does not seem that they were going to contact me to inform me that I was not receiving my upgrade. It will now take 3-4 workign days to investigate this incident and then another 2-3 working days to redo the upgrade. The problem is that I will not be at home for the next 2 weeks but Vodacom says that I can write a letter giving permission to the person who will be at my address to collect the parcel on my behalf but this goes strictly against all their policies that they stipulate when doing an upgrade etc. I must now jump through hoops and phone Vodacom to find out about what is happening, instead of them contact me to let me know. I also cannot cancel the online upgrade as this is not allowed. USELESS VODACOM STRIKES AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!
